We were brought in as a GC to steward this project from plans to turning over keys, and even though small, it held its share of challenges. From utility complications, to grade and soil work to constructing a wedge-shaped breezeway to tie the two buildings together, this one had some logistics. And, with the existing building in place doing a steady business of car repair and service work, the site was tight and busy. In spite of a snowy-winter build we still delivered an excellent quality of work, on time, and everyone is pleased with the result.

Why OMEGA was the right contractor for the job: 

We had to field-create a custom fabricated breezeway to mend the new building with the existing one. No plans, no drawings, just a "get it done" attitude and a talented team to get the job done. Our metal building knowledge and expertise, as well as a great team of erectors, were the driving factors in getting this done.

What challenges was OMEGA faced with on this job?

Like mentioned above, utility and site issues, the complex breezeway system, snow, and a tight site all presented their own challenges throughout this build. Nonetheless, we were able to power through all obstacles and get the job done.
