Omega was approached by another local GC in the area to assist with the furnishing and erecting of this new building for Sunbelt Rentals just outside of Pittsburgh PA. The total square footage of 12,480 comes from 10,680sf of storefront and service space, with a separate 1,800sf storage and shed building. This building features both service/shop space as well as office and storefront space.

Why OMEGA was the right contractor for the job: 

We are often times approached by other GC's in the area for our expertise in pre-engineered metal buildings. When another Maryland GC has been awarded a job involving a PEMB structure, we are always willing to offer our lengthy experience and knowledge on the topic.

What challenges was OMEGA faced with on this job?

This job was not exactly in our backyard. With the site being five-plus hours away, communication was key. We are lucky to have a great team of subcontractors from a multitude of areas that we know we can trust and rely on when it comes to jobs we cannot regularly visit purely due to distance.
