Yet another successful renovation and upgrade to a Baltimore facility. The landlord needed a variety of exterior and interior work to transform this building and trusted us to get great results. Legacy MEP demolition, painting, paving, line striping, new truck delivery entrance, landscaping, re-glazing and boiler repair got this facility back in top shape and the landlord was able to re-sign their tenant for a long lease extension.

Why OMEGA was the right contractor for the job.

We are a flexible bunch. When the tenants came to us and asked if we could move some of the work to weekends in order to not displace their employees, our team of subcontractors worked it out and made it happen.

What challenges was OMEGA faced with on this job?

This business employs a very high number of workers. On any given day there are well over 150 cars packed into the parking lot. Maneuvering equipment and personnel around these proved to be a task we had to be very detail oriented with to ensure we didn't cause any damage. Of course, we found a way and made it work!
