WAREHOUSE BUILDING | 73,525 SQUARE FT | REHAB/RENOVATION
2700 LOCH RAVEN
BALTIMORE, MD
This project came to us from a real estate investor/developer partner as a rehab to a dilapidated building. We were tasked with demolishing several steel structures, painting the entire facility, changing all lighting to LED, paving, fencing, guard rails, door repair, security camera install and plumbing repairs. In the end, we breathed new life into the facility and a portion of it has already been rented.
Why OMEGA was the right contractor for the job.
To keep it cost-effective, we needed trusted subs, from a variety of scopes, who we could rely on to do it right the first time with minimal management. Our long time partnerships with exactly these types of subs had us uniquely positioned to deliver this on-budget, very quickly.
What challenges was OMEGA faced with on this job?
During exterior painting, our crews encountered high voltage power lines. Being very safety conscious, we halted their progress in this area and scheduled a power shut down for a weekend to not interfere with ongoing facility operations and to ensure that our crews could complete their work safely.
