After a significant flood in our office building, the downstairs tenant/landlord turned to none other than Omega to to quickly restore their space. Our committed team took on and completed the project during the Christmas and New Year holiday and got the space back up and running in just EIGHT DAYS! The work involved replacing light fixtures, drywall partitions, ceilings, fresh paint and installing new flooring. One would think Omega was chosen because of physically working in the same building as this incident, that isn't entirely false, but also a large factor that played into this was having the right connections, skill set, and ability to move swiftly into action. After discovering the issue, Omega had a demo and remediation workers on site within the hour beginning reconstruction.

What challenges was OMEGA faced with on this job? 

Time is of the essence when dealing with water damage. It was critical that we opened up all walls, ceilings and floors where water damage was evident. This of course creates a big disturbance to businesses and shuts them down. On one hand, we were lucky this business would be closed from Christmas-New Year, but that meant we needed to act fast. Nonetheless, we got it done for them in a timely manor with no disruption to their business.
