OFFICE SPACE | 690 SQUARE FT | TENANT FIT OUT/IMPROVEMENT
Benson Avenue came to our firm from an established client and colleague in the commercial leasing and real-estate space. This small space was actually divided off from a prior, and much larger, space when the neighboring business closed operations. The next-door tenants saw this as an opportunity to acquire some much-needed square footage for an office area, conference area, bathroom, and break room.
Why OMEGA was the right contractor for the job.
Though small, this space had a lot of moving parts from a number of different trades. Demo, HVAC, electrical, low-voltage, drywall/framing, painting, plumbing, sprinkler, and flooring contractors were all involved in this renovation. Omega's great working relationship with these subcontractors allowed us to complete this project on time and on budget for the owners.
What challenges was OMEGA faced with on this job?
This space was being built out for an active adult daycare center. The space was divided and closed off from the neighboring business, and once doing so, access to the new space was only accessible through the adult daycare center. Keeping a secure and clean work space throughout the project as well as early/late hours as much as possible to not disturb participants was vital in completion of this project.
