Project Description

Omega was contacted to furnish and erect a 5,000 square foot metal building for a client looking to expand their rental portfolio. We were able to use some value-engineering tactics in the building design process to get the client a great quality building within their budget.

Why OMEGA was the right contractor for the job: 

We were given a small section of ground to make this building fit. Code requirements required us to build a firewall on the wall closest to an existing building due to it's location and ​thanks to our great team, we were able to do so easily and quickly so there were no code issues.

What challenges was OMEGA faced with on this job?

A tight site and incorrect anchor bolt placement from another contractor were some issues on this job. Luckily, our subcontractors, like us, are team players and we were able to make corrections in our columns so we did not have to waste time and money busting piers and re-pouring.
