Benson Court came to our firm from an established client and colleague in the commercial leasing and real-estate space. This space was found by a customer to fill a much-needed Baltimore-based office to have office space, as well as mechanic shop/yard space.

Communication is key when it comes to construction. This job incorporated input from both tenants, and landlords and there were multiple hands in the mix of deciding finishes, scope, etc. Our team was able to coordinate all of this and stay organized to get this job done for our clients.

Up against a timeline before tenant move in, we had to quickly and efficiently get this work done for the client. We, along with our great team of subs, were able to get this project done on time and on budget for the client.
