 We take pride in transforming work spaces to enhance productivity and comfort. Our recent renovation project involved expanding office space and a break room to provide a more inviting environment for the team of Baltimore Fabrication. The new office kitchenette features modern appliances, while the break room is furnished with tables and chairs, along with modern cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, and a plethora of brand new appliances. These improvements not only elevate the aesthetic of this facility but also foster a collaborative and enjoyable workspace for everyone.

Features include new luxury vinyl plank flooring in the office, a non-slip epoxy coated floor, new cabinets and countertops, BUNN commercial coffee makers, modern microwaves and refrigerators, all new black drop ceiling throughout, and freshly painted walls and stained wooden doors.

Why OMEGA was the right contractor for the job?

We have developed a niche in the commercial renovation realm with a great team able to transform dated and under utilized spaces into modern and comfortable workspace. Extending a break room into previous office space gained comfort and usability for shop employees, but deleted office space from those working inside. No worries, we used our design build knowledge to add partition walls and create additional offices to make up for those lost.

What challenges was OMEGA faced with on this job?

This build was in an active office and warehouse space. Portioning this job into two separate construction phases was the most effective way to complete this build and create the least amount of disturbance to employees as possible. Of course construction isn't without its challenges, so it was a team effort to work around employees and their schedules to get the job done.
