The Geller family contacted Omega to outfit one of the units in their shopping center and needed it completed quickly for a new tenant, TMD Staffing. OMEGA created the Architectural and MEP plans for the project, got it permitted in one day, and built it out in 3.5 weeks, meeting the requested schedule.

What challenges was OMEGA faced with on this job?
The original facility was built over an old gas station lot and all of the underslab plumbing required a special vapor barrier to meet interior occupancy code. OMEGA met and exceeded the criteria and didn't let it slow the strict schedule.
